This is a phishing email that is indented to trick consumers into using there information to open new accounts or invading the consumer’s existing accounts. There are several ways you may avoid phishing scams:

Verify Through Alternative Communication: If an email comes from a company or individual you know but seems suspicious, contact them directly using a phone number or email address you trust—not the contact information provided in the email.
Use Hover Technique: Hover over any links (without clicking) to see the actual URL. This can help you identify if the link is leading to a suspicious site.
Always Check the Dates: Make sure to always check dates that are provided within the emails. For example May 19 2024 is a Sunday not a Friday.
