We are currently running a study on cancer treatments Canada, and we’d like to invite you to participate.

At the start of the questionnaire you will be asked a few questions that will take only couple of minutes to answer which will determine if you will be able to participate based upon the quotas that have been set for this study. If you do qualify for the study, the questionnaire will take at most 5 minutes to complete for which you will receive 15 CAD as compensation of your time. The questionnaire will require you to complete a profile part and at least 1 patient case. You will also have the option to provide additional patient cases for which you will receive 15 CAD each. You may also be eligible to participate in 30 minute AML study for which you will receive an additional 85 CAD. You will be able to choose from a number of options on how you wish to receive your payment.

All data entered on this study is done so anonymously – you cannot be identified from any answer that you provide as all data is consolidated, nor will you receive any marketing/sales materials as a result of your participation.
